HV Commissioning Electrician

IntroductionSeeking experienced HV Commissioning Electricians for mining decarbonisation projects. Responsible for HV testing, commissioning, fault-finding, energisation, and switching activities across critical infrastructure projects within a safety-focused team environment.About this role Perform commissioning, testing, and energisation of HV systems including switchgear, transformers, protection relays, and control systems Conduct insulation resistance, continuity, polarity, and secondary injection testing Test and fault-find LV systems Commission control systems and carry out instrument calibration Interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and commissioning procedures Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults and non-conformances Prepare and execute HV switching activities and switching programs Complete commissioning documentation and maintain accurate test records Coordinate commissioning activities with engineers, package managers, and operations personnel Ensure all work is completed in accordance with site safety requirements, project specifications, and relevant Australian Standards Read moreIs this you?
