We partner with leading clients in the mining, underground mining, construction, civil, energy, renewables, and infrastructure sectors, with a range of FIFO and Perth-based positions becoming available regularly.

About the Role
As part of our clients' project and operational teams, you'll play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture while supporting the successful delivery of high-risk construction and operational activities. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing visible HSE leadership and coaching to site teams
- Conducting workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Facilitating pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Supporting incident investigations and corrective actions
- Reviewing and developing SWMS, JHAs and other safety documentation
- Ensuring compliance with client, legislative and company HSE requirements
- Building strong relationships with supervisors, contractors and project stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting proactive safety behaviours
We're Looking For
- Experience as an HSE Advisor, Senior HSE Advisor or Lead HSE Advisor
- Experience within mining, underground mining, construction, civil, energy, renewables or infrastructure projects
- Sound knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and risk management principles
- Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting project teams in fast-paced environments
Qualifications While requirements vary between roles, the following are highly regarded:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Current First Aid
- ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training (desirable)
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Relevant site inductions and VOCs
