Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking experienced HSE Advisors to contribute to the safe delivery of our major project shutdowns across the Iron Ore sector. This is for a FIFO Shutdown 2&1 roster. This position comes with a competitive salary package, site uplifts, and Project Completion Bonuses.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in a site-based HSE role, ideally working for similar construction contractors on multi-disciplinary scopes of work.

• Certificate IV qualification in OHS/WHS.

• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment preferred.

• Applied First Aid Certificate.

• Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards.

• Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

• An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively.

• A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure.

• Valid Australian Driver’s License.

• Proof of right to work in Australia.
