About the Role
As an HSE Advisor, you will support site delivery across all construction activities, working closely with the Project Team and reporting to the site HSE Manager.
This is a hands on, site based role supporting frontline teams, driving compliance, and applying the HSE Management System consistently across civil, erection, electrical and transmission works.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical, day to day HSE support across site activities.
- Support pre starts, toolbox talks and on site safety conversations.
- Complete regular site walks and inspections to keep standards on track.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations and follow up actions.
- Manage HSE documentation, reporting and compliance with UGL’s HSE Management System.

About you
- Experience in a similar HSE Advisor role on solar, wind or BESS construction projects.
- Comfortable working FIFO on a 10/4 roster.
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
- Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly team focused.
- Strong site presence and practical approach to compliance
