Description & Requirements

We are currently seeking 2 x HSE Advisors to support a short-term offshore Oil & Gas turnaround commencing 20 May. This role will provide hands on HSE support during turnaround execution, ensuring compliance with Monadelphous and client health, safety and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HSE advice and support to turnaround and site leadership teams
• Conduct and support HSE audits, inspections, investigations, and training activities
• Monitor work practices to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legislative requirements
• Ensure HSE documentation (JHAs, permits, risk assessments) is compliant with company and client standards
• Support implementation of HSE initiatives, improvements, and corrective actions
• Assist with analysis of HSE performance data and follow up on improvement actions

What you’ll bring:

• Certificate IV in OHS and/or Environmental (Diploma preferred)
• Current Applied First Aid Certificate, valid MSIC certificate
• Previous experience in a similar HSE role (Oil & Gas or turnaround experience highly regarded)
• Strong working knowledge of HSE legislation, systems, and site requirements
