The Role

Are you a blue-collar recruiter looking to step into an internal role where you can work closely with hiring managers and see the impact of your work more directly? Or perhaps you are already in an internal recruitment role and looking for a position with broader exposure across mining, construction and industrial services?

SRG Global is looking for an HR Recruitment Officer to join our team in Subiaco, WA.

This is a hands on role focused on recruitment and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers and site administration teams to support workforce requirements across the business. It will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, takes a proactive approach and works with a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.

Reporting to the HR Recruitment Team Leader, you will be part of a wider national HR team providing support, assistance and advice to sites across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding activity for blue-collar employees across the business.
• Coordinate advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviews and pre-employment checks.
• Prepare letters of offer in line with relevant EBAs and assist with mobilisation and induction processes.
• Build and maintain talent pools to support ongoing workforce needs and reduce reliance on labour hire.
• Maintain accurate employee records through SuccessFactors and related systems.
• Work closely with hiring managers on current and future resourcing requirements.
• Provide broader HR administration support across SRG Global business divisions as required.

About You

• Previous blue-collar recruitment and mobilisation experience across mining, resources and/or construction is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Professional approach and strong appreciation for confidentiality
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
