Job Description

About the Role

This will be a 6 month FIFO contract, 5:2 / 4:3 roster, 12 hr days, from Perth, 6 month contract.

You will work closely with the Leadership Team and be responsible for supporting both operational and transformational objectives across a large portfolio.
Managing, supporting and developing a team of HR Professionals
Aligning operational and transformational objectives while working closely with the Leadership Team
Building awareness and understanding of the operating model across the HR community
Interacting with and influencing key stakeholders across the business
Applying knowledge of Shared Services operations including payroll and Human Resources processes
Operating across a wide range of focus areas and levels of detail
Managing high-volume, high-impact workloads within a matrix environment
Coaching Business Leaders to enhance effectiveness in people-related activities
Leading and implementing internal projects and initiatives including continuous improvement and standardisation activities aligned to the People Services Regional Operations Team
