ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We

provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

The Position

• Work as key members in our remote kitchen and housekeeping teams
• Duties include cleaning, laundry, housekeeping, assisting with food preparation or dishwashing
• General maintenance of site, waste removal and a number of ad hoc operational tasks
• Modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respect.
• Fly In Fly Out of Brisbane or Drive In Drive Out from Mackay and surrounding areas
• Rosters include 14/7 or 9/5

The Person

• Experience in housekeeping, food and beverage, or industrial cleaning
• Knowledge of food service and preparation
• A team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environments
• Be flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously when required
• Time savvy and ability to meet deadlines
• Physically fit and able to be on their feet for up to 10 hours per day
