Due to continued growth within our Heavy Lift business, Monadelphous is seeking experienced Heavy Lift Supervisors to support upcoming FMG shutdowns in Port Hedland, WA. These are casual, ad hoc opportunities with an immediate start, ideal for supervisors looking to work with one of Australia's leading heavy lift contractors. Strong performers may be considered for long-term or permanent opportunities within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise heavy lift, crane and rigging crews during shutdown activities.
• Coordinate safe execution of lift plans and critical lifting operations.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and Monadelphous safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, planners and site teams to deliver shutdown milestones safely and efficiently.

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a Heavy Lift or Crane Supervisor on mining shutdowns.
• Strong background in advanced rigging and crane operations.
• Experience with all terrain and crawler cranes.
• High Risk Work Licence with Advanced Rigging (RA) essential.
• Excellent leadership skills with a strong commitment to safety.
