About the Role

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting Caterpillar products across the Midwest region. From diagnostics to repairs, you’ll ensure our customers’ machines stay productive and reliable.

Rosters

• 9Days On, 5Days Off 10.5hrs (Inclusive of unpaid meal break)
• 9Days On, 4Days Off, 5Days On, 3Days Off 10.5hrs (Inclusive of unpaid meal break)

What You’ll Do

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and component replacements on Caterpillar machinery.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain strict compliance with WesTrac’s safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Trade Qualified: Australian-recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate.
• Experience: Previous hands-on work with Caterpillar products.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic ability and a commitment to efficiency and safety.
• Customer Focus: Helping clients achieve machine availability and reliability KPIs.
