Health & Lifestyle Coaches - FIFO

Opportunities are available for highly motivated and experienced FIFO Health and Wellness Coordinators/ Health Lifestyle Coaches/ Fitness Trainers to manage and coordinate health and wellness programs at remote mining sites and camps across Western Australia.

Requirements:

• Certificate III and IV in Fitness or a relevant university degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or allied health field
• 6+ months experience in a similar on-site role
• Flexible to work as a FIFO Utility, with an hourly flat rate of $37.90 to $41.00 per/hr
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Coordination of multiple programs and initiatives
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol tests
• National Police Clearance within 6 months, or willingness to obtain
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, adept at meeting deadlines under pressure
• Flexible to work on a FIFO basis in remote locations

As a FIFO Health and Lifestyle Coach, you'll develop, implement, and oversee various health and wellness programs, collaborating with departments to align initiatives with company objectives. Responsibilities include creating and executing programs, managing gym facilities, delivering training, and evaluating program effectiveness. Ensure compliance with policies, fostering a positive work culture that prioritizes health and well-being.
