HD Fitter | Underground

About the Role:

Techforce have multiple positions available for  HD Fitters | Rebuild Mechanics with Underground mining equipment experience for a specialised and close-knit rebuilds workshop in Wangara, Western Australia. Our client is a respected WA Owned mobile equipment maintenance and labor supply solutions company, with strong ties to the Goldfields Region.

What you'll be Doing:

• Conduct equipment rebuilds and mechanical repairs on Sandvik, Normet & Epiroc Underground Trucks & Loaders  as well as a range of ancillary equipment
• Component assembly, stripping and rebuilding
• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and rectification of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure all repairs are carried out safely and in accordance with OEM standards and site maintenance procedures
• Work collaboratively with other fitters, auto electricians, and service technicians to achieve maintenance targets

• Up to $65ph + weekly pays
• Monday - Friday | 10 hour Days | 6am - 4pm

What you Need:

• Experience with Underground Heavy Mobile Plant and equipment - Sandvik, Liebherr, Epiroc, Normet, etc
• An awesome can do attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Cert III Engineering - Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate (or similar)
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Full Unlimited Australian Working Rights
• Able to pass a Lab Drug & Alcohol Screen & a Pre-Employment Medical
• National Police Clearance
• High Risk Work Licence - Dogging, Rigging or Crane preferred
