Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on earthmoving and support equipment, including scheduled servicing and breakdown support
• Liaise with the Asset Manager to coordinate and order parts for breakdowns and unscheduled repairs
• Conduct diagnostics, fault finding, and problem-solving efficiently and accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members and site clients to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Complete all work safely, professionally, and to a high standard
• Utilise Dashpivot Gearbelt (Maintenance Management System) to record and track servicing and repairs

Requirements

• Proven field service experience across a range of earthmoving and construction equipment
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical diagnostics
• Australian-recognised Trade Qualification - Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
• Current Australian HR Driver's Licence
• Automotive Air Conditioning Repairer and Handling Licences
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• 4WD Operation and Maintenance Training
• Rio Tinto Inductions highly regarded
