Are you a trade-qualified HD Fitter looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected maintenance provider in Perth? We are currently seeking two experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our growing team, supporting the repair and maintenance of a heavy mobile mining fleet across workshop operations. Your new role

Position 1 - HD Fitter (Monday to Friday)

  • Perth metro workshop-based role
  • Monday to Friday roster
  • Day shift
  • Overtime available
  • Stable, long-term position

Position 2 - HD Fitter (7/7 Roster)

  • Perth metro-based role
  • 7 days on, 7 days off roster
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Combination of workshop and field service work
  • Excellent earning potential
  • Genuine rostered lifestyle balance

Your duties will include:

  • Breakdown diagnostics and fault-finding
  • Scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
  • Component change outs and rebuilds
  • Hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs
  • Completing maintenance documentation and service reports
  • Working safely in accordance with company procedures and industry standards
  • Supporting field service activities when required

Experience maintaining any of the following equipment will be highly regarded:

  • Caterpillar (CAT)
  • Komatsu
  • Hitachi
  • Liebherr
  • Volvo
  • Sandvik
  • Epiroc

Including:

  • Haul Trucks
  • Excavators
  • Loaders
  • Dozers
  • Graders
  • Water Carts
  • Ancillary Equipment
  • Underground Mining Equipment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Australian Recognised Trade Qualification (Heavy Diesel Fitter / Mobile Plant Mechanic)
  • Previous mining, civil, construction or heavy equipment maintenance experience
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Full Australian Working Rights
