MacKellar is looking for experienced Haul Truck Operators to join our production team on a long-term mining project in the Nyngan region.

Your New Role
As a Haul Truck Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting safe and productive mining operations while contributing to daily production targets.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating rigid haul trucks within an open-cut mining environment
- Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting equipment defects
- Following site procedures, production plans, and dispatch instructions
- Maintaining safe operating practices at all times
- Working closely with supervisors and fellow crew members
- Contributing to site housekeeping and operational efficiency
What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience operating haul trucks in a mining environment
- Experience operating rigid haul trucks
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work effectively within a production-focused environment
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Flexibility to work a rotating 14/7 roster
