About the Role

• The Customer Service role supports the day-to-day operation of the tourist mine, working as part of a small team to offer an engaging tourism experience to locals and visitors to Kalgoorlie.
• There are two residential part-time roles available.
• Working 8 or 7 days per fortnight. (8:6 roster and 7:7 roster- days only)
• What will await you:
  • Customer service, providing a positive experience to visitors and tour groups.
  • Daily tasks to maintain the safety and presentation of Hannan's North Tourist mine facility.
  • Administration tasks to support the Hannan's North Tourist Mine Co-Ordinator and point of sale processes for the facility and shopfront.

About You / Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, experience using point of sale and procurement systems
