The Opportunity

Your role as a Graduate Civil Engineer will see you play a vital part in the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects within the mining industry.

You will gain exposure and technical expertise within the development and construction of essential infrastructure, including mine site roads, drainage systems, earthworks, foundations, and retaining structures. You will be involved in conducting site assessments, preparing technical drawings, performing structural analyses, and supporting the development of cost-effective solutions for infrastructure challenges.

The Program

As part of the 2027 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies.

  • Tailored Two-year program will challenge your thinking across a range of business functions, each offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects.

  • Exposure to different commodities and Services including Iron Ore, Lithium, Energy, Mining Services & Construction.

  • Rotations within our state of the art head office and site based experiences on our Mineral Resources operated sites.

  • Ongoing support from dedicated Program Mentors and committed leaders, you’ll be well-positioned to grow a successful career in mining.

Requirements for the Role

  • Graduated with a bachelor of Civil Engineering or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 12 months.

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application.

  • Have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2027.

  • Must be based in WA or willing to relocate.
