The team in Kalgoorlie are a family, and Monadelphous are currently looking to grow that family.  We have been awarded several jobs over various different sites in the Goldfields that we will be required to significantly man up for over the next couple of months.

Seeking the below positions:

• Blaster/Painters
• Boilermaker/Welders
• Advanced Riggers
• Trade Assistants / Sandblasters

About the work

You will join a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance, integrity, tank and small project work across the Murrin Murrin Operations near Leonora with Monadelphous.

Fabricate & replace steel work, handrails, grating, refurbish and replace numerous tanks, launders, and working on a number of miscellaneous small projects and shutdowns.

Start Date: Early-Mid October – Dependent on shift and crew allocation. 

About the role:

• 2:1 Ongoing Roster – FIFO from Perth
• 12-hour shifts
• Camp accommodation and all meals provided
• PPE supplied
• This is a clean-shaven site
• Peak period allowance and loyalty incentive scheme included

Successful applicants must have:

• Experience in mining, construction, heavy industrial, maintenance or major project environments
• A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality workmanship
• Relevant trade qualifications or demonstrated industry experience applicable to the position
• A current driver’s licence
• Relevant High Risk Work Licences and industry tickets, where applicable
• Confined Space and Working at Heights qualifications
• White Card
• The ability to work effectively within a structured roster and project environment
