Description & Requirements

• Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Gathering Supervisors to join our Chinchilla Operations team, delivering brownfield and shutdown works across the Surat Basin.
• This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a motivated supervisor with strong brownfield experience and proven Poly Welding capability.
• Working a 15:6 roster (10-hour days) on a 3-month project, you will lead piping crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Key responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising and coordinating daily site activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE, client and legislative requirements.
  • Planning, scheduling, and executing shutdown and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitoring productivity, performance, and quality outcomes.
  • Leading by example to foster a strong team culture and safety mindset.
• What you will bring:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supervising brownfield projects.
  • Poly Welding qualifications and demonstrated Poly Welding experience (essential).
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively within tight shutdown timeframes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
  • Full Australia working rights.
  • Open Driver Licence.
