Newmont Cadia is proud to offer this paid 16-week program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, providing hands-on experience, practical skills, nationally recognised training, and exposure to career pathways across a world-class mining operation.

About the Role

Roles start in early December. No mining experience? No problem. If you're willing to learn, work safely and bring a positive attitude, we'll provide the training, support and mentoring to help you succeed.

Who Should Apply?

• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Value safety, teamwork and respect
• Hold a provisional or full driver's licence (manual preferred)
• Can complete pre-employment medical and background checks
