Fulltime Security Guards Mackay and Townsville

The successful candidates will be responsible for the provision of effective and responsive security services, interacting with clients, residents, visitors, staff and contractors on a daily basis. As such, you will be a confident communicator and be able to respond to queries in a professional manner.
The Role:

• Ensure site integrity and safety
• Site access control for people and vehicles
• Manage and monitor CCTV surveillance
• Mobile security checks of site perimeter, camp and laydown areas (up to 50kms away)
• Maintain daily security logs
• Emergency response and incident control
• Crowd control of bar and tavern areas

To be considered, you must have or*be willing to obtain:**

• Minimum qualification of Cert II in Security Operations
• Hold a valid QLD Security License which includes crowd control
• Current Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 - highly desirable
• **HLTPAT005 -**Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing
• Construction White Card
• CurrentFirst Aid and CPR certificates
• Australian Driver's Licence/Manual C Class
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
