About the Role
Under the maintenance superintendent, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance employees and acting as a facilitator and coach to employees. You will perform various management activities and ensure the application of the collective agreement provisions. You will actively contribute to achieving the objectives of your sector by performing strategic management of human resources and materials.
As a member of the organisation, you will participate in continuous improvement of your service and ensure decisions and actions aligned with business objectives.
Profile sought
A DEC in maintenance or industrial electronics or a related field, or a DEP combined with exceptional experience could be considered and would be combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing unionised personnel in an industrial setting.
