About the Opportunity

On behalf of our well-renowned catering client, Unite Resourcing are seeking motivated and passionate Permanent Chefs of all levels to join the team at remote villages in Western Australia where you will be cooking in bulk for hundreds of residents and visitors at the village. We’ll need you to assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking for the various meals and functions that happen at the village during your swing. This is a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) position departing from Perth.

What Successful candidates will receive

2 weeks on, 1 week off roster FIFO from Perth or Residential roles for Port Hedland Region residents
Fortnightly pay
Fulltime - $80,000 to $115,00 per annum including incentives
Career progression, further training and development are on offer
Flights from Perth
Meal & accommodation provided whilst working in the village

About You

Australian Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade certificate
2+ years of commercial cooking experience
Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups
Experience working with a large and diverse team of chefs and kitchenhands
Knowledge of HACCP principles
Focus on quality, attention to detail and presentation
Experience working under pressure
