About the Role

Fixed Plant Crushing & Processing Operators with crushing and wet plant experience are sought to join our Mining Services Team for our Lithium Operations. These are full-time, permanent FIFO roles from Perth designed to grow your skill set through on-site training, with pathways into leadership for the right candidates. Location: FIFO from Perth. Be involved in the next chapter of our lithium story. We’re exploring lithium opportunities near Kambalda in the Goldfields–Esperance region. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor crushing & screening equipment within wet and dry plant environments
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance checks and assist trades where required
  • Control feed rates and manage plant performance to meet production targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational procedures
  • Work effectively both independently and within a team structure
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in safety and productivity
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety

About You / Requirements

  • Experience operating fixed plant crushing & wet plant equipment and/or mobile plant (loaders, excavators, bobcats, skid steers etc.)
  • C Class Manual Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
  • High Risk Work Licence (DG, RB, CN, WP, LF – desirable)
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing tickets (desirable)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Construction Induction Card
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
