Techforce Personnel have officially joined forces with an underground industry heavyweight — and we’re building a crew of the best underground operators in WA.

With two brand-new underground projects mobilising NOW, we’re chasing experienced operators who are ready to step into long-term opportunities with serious backing, high-performing crews, and a direct pathway to permanent employment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Manual Driver’s Licence
  • Previous Underground Mining Experience
  • Clean Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • Relevant Tickets & VOCs for Your Role
  • Dangerous Goods Security Card
  • USI Number
  • Ability to Pass a Full Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screen
