FIFO Site Administrators

Experienced Site Administrators are needed for casual roles at regional mining camps in Western Australia.

Candidates must be willing to work 11+ hour days on 1 or 2 week swings. These positions are Fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) from Perth ONLY.

To ensure continuity of work, the ideal candidate must also be available to undertake occasional utility swings.

To be successful in the role, you should be able to undergo and pass the following: 

• Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment medical and regular drug screens
• Ability to complete our internal registration & induction
• Ability to pass our client's in-person and online inductions

The role will also require previous experiencein the following:

• Experience as a FIFO Site Administrator (minimum 6 months)
• Previous Utility All Rounder Experience
• Experience using INX or SAM
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with databases and payroll systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work day shift and night shift
• Previous experience in booking flights and accommodation
• Willing to take occasional Utility Swings to ensure consistent work.

Tickets & Licenses:

• Western Australian Manual Drivers Licence
• National Police Clearance (obtained within 6 months)

Successful candidates will receive:

• Weekly pay
• FIFO lifestyle Work 1 to 2 weeks away at a time
• Competitive hourly flat rate $41.00 to $44.00 PER/HR + Superannuation + Public Holiday Rates
• Flights from Perth, meals & accommodation paid for whilst on-site
