About the Role

FIFO Maintenance Scheduler 8&6 $99,229 Gross Per Year + Super all hours

Delta FM is seeking an experienced Trades Scheduler/Planner to support the mobilisation and ongoing maintenance contract at our Eramurra Mining Accommodation Village. This will be a full time permanent 8&6 FIFO Roster. Charter flight FIFO from Perth Airport, direct to site based airport at Preston Cape Aerodrome. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful applicant will be providing top tier trades maintenance planning and scheduling services to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit day-to-day maintenance trade labour schedules, offering solutions to competing schedule demands
• Scheduling of maintenance plans for the NPI facilities maintenance team
• Submit monthly trade labour forecast schedules for contract/s created through our systems and process
• Ensure correct cost allocation, time confirmations, and completion notes
• Completing handovers to back-to-back team members

The Person / Requirements

• Proven experience in a facilities maintenance environment, FIFO experience referred
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card
• Police Check within 12 months
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Living in WA and able to FIFO from Perth Airport
