About the Role

This is a FIFO role on a 2:1 roster from Perth. Working on a growing mining operation with long-term job security, you will operate production dozers and other equipment as part of a team focused on safety and efficiency. The role offers: $61.22/hr Days | $64.57/hr Nights, weekly pay, ongoing work with opportunities to upskill and operate additional equipment, and a supportive team culture. Earn $180K+ annually (including super paid on all hours).

About the Role – Equipment you’ll operate

• CAT D10 & D11 Dozers
• D950 Wheeled Dozers
• CAT 14M, 16M & 24M Graders (highly regarded)
• L950 Front End Loaders (highly regarded)
• CAT RH170 & RH340 Excavators (highly regarded)

About You / Requirements

• Previous open pit production mining experience
• Proven experience operating production dozers
• Current HR Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Reliable work ethic and ability to work a rotating FIFO roster
• Must be clean shaven to successfully complete mandatory site mask fit testing
