About the Role
You will be working in high-volume mine site kitchens, preparing quality meals for large workforces while maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.

We are looking for chefs who are:

• Experienced in FIFO camp catering environments
• Comfortable working day and night shifts
• Strong in HACCP and food safety practices
• Reliable team players who thrive in busy kitchens

What You’ll Need To be considered, you must have:

• Minimum 3 months FIFO chef experience in Australia
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent City & Guilds/NZQA qualification)
• Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• SITXFSA005 – Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety or Food Safety Supervsior Certificate
• SITXFSA006 – Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices orFood Safety Supervsior Certificate

You must also be able to successfully complete:

• Internal registration and onboarding
• Pre-employment medical
• Drug & alcohol screening
• Online and on-site client inductions
