Job Description
Unite Resourcing is partnering with a multiple catering and facilities management clients to recruit experienced chefs for multiple mining camps across regional Western Australia. These fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) roles depart from Perth only and offer flexibility, great pay, and the chance to work in dynamic, high-energy kitchens.

About You
- FIFO experience essential - minimum 6 months FIFO experience in Australia
- Comfortable working day and night shifts
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
- A team player with a passion for delivering quality meals in high-volume kitchens
Requirements
To be considered, you must be able to pass and complete:
- MUST HAVE - Current Australian Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent City & Guilds or NZQA qualification)
- MUST HAVE - National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- MUST HAVE - SITXFSA005 - Use hygienic practices for food safety
- MUST HAVE - SITXFSA006 - Participate in safe food handling practices
- Internal registration and induction process
- Pre-employment medical and regular drug & alcohol screens
- Client site entry inductions (online and in-person)
