Job Description

Salary: $93,490 – $125,000 + Superannuation

  • FIFO/DIDO from Perth in a 14/7 or 8/6 roster

The Role

  • Take charge of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service.
  • Guide your team, develop menus, and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas.
  • Maximise stock utilisation and maintain cost‑effective operations
  • Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to constantly improve day-today service

The Person

  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Must hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Proficient computer skills for planning and reporting
  • Able to pass pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance
