Job Description

Join Downer RTS and play a key leadership role in maintaining the Torbanlea Manufacturing Facility. Reporting to the Facility Maintenance & Asset Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for electrical, mechanical and automation maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient facility operations.

What You'll Do

Lead daily preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
Supervise contractors and internal maintenance teams.
Drive a strong Zero Harm and quality culture.
Support fault finding and resolution of electrical, mechanical and automation systems.
Manage work orders, maintenance plans and compliance requirements.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Coach, develop and support team performance.

About You

Trade qualified in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
Current Queensland Electrical Mechanic License desirable
High Voltage (HV) Switching qualifications and/or experience desirable
Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing, industrial or automated environments.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Experience with maintenance management systems (Maximo highly regarded).
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
