This is an ideal opportunity for someone with around 2–5 years' experience in facilities, property or asset management who is looking to take the next step into a broader, more autonomous role.
About you
You're someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You can confidently juggle multiple priorities, build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
You'll also bring:
- Experience in facilities, property, asset or building maintenance management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance and service providers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently.
