Pearl are currently seeking experienced fabricators / welders for our client based in Hazelmere who specialises in a wide range of prefabricated products and innovative industrial equipment in WA. This role offers an immediate start and will be ongoing for minimum 2 - 3 months of work. For the right candidates, there is a strong possibility of a permanent position.

You will be required to work in a team fabricating high-quality products such as access platforms, steel jacking stands and other bespoke custom projects. This will be exclusively working with aluminium and light to medium structural steel.

Temp to Perm
$50 - $55 hr + super (based on experience) + penalties
Hazelmere Location
Monday to Friday, 6:00AM - 4:00PM + opportunity for Saturday OT  Immediate Start

What will the role see you responsible for?

  • Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
  • Aluminium TIG and MIG welding
  • Steel FCAW welding
  • Using various tools and machinery to fabricate components and assemble equipment
  • Collaborate with other team members
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What do you require to be successful for this position?

  • Cert III in Engineering (Fabrication trade) or equivalent
  • TIG and MIG Welding experience
  • Forklift license (desirable)
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding fabrication drawings.
  • Must be able to pass a medical & drug and alcohol
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
  • Punctuality and reliability
