The Role
- Lead supervisors, planners, coordinators and welding teams
- Oversee daily workshop operations, production and scheduling
- Drive safety, quality and productivity across all fabrication activities
- Coordinate labour, materials and resources to meet project deadlines
- Work closely with engineering, maintenance and project teams
About You
- 5+ years' experience managing a fabrication workshop
- Strong background in mobile plant and structural fabrication
- Proven leader with excellent people management skills
- Sound knowledge of welding standards, QA/QC and workshop operations
- Organised, proactive and focused on continuous improvement
