As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from QA/QC Leads interested in expanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels, refining and terminal infrastructure sectors. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets.
You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capital projects and operational support activities. You'll work alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement, construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of project quality management systems across fuel terminals, bulk storage facilities, pipelines and associated infrastructure projects.
- Develop, review and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, work packs and quality documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate quality inspections, audits, surveillance activities and verification processes across construction, maintenance and asset integrity work scopes.
- Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and quality investigations, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and lessons learned are embedded into project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, contractors and clients to promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, KPIs and project quality metrics, providing regular updates on quality performance, compliance status, risks and improvement opportunities to key stakeholders
About you
- Demonstrated experience in a QA/QC Lead, Quality Engineer or Quality Management role within fuel terminals, bulk storage, oil & gas, petrochemical, energy or major infrastructure environments.
- Strong working knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and experience implementing quality assurance and quality control processes across construction, maintenance and asset integrity projects.
- Proven capability in developing and managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality documentation, inspection programs, audits and compliance activities.
- Experience managing non-conformances, corrective actions, quality investigations and continuous improvement initiatives within complex project or operational environments.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry codes, standards and specifications, with experience overseeing vendor, contractor and site quality performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence project teams, contractors and clients while fostering a strong culture of quality and compliance.
