The Opportunity:

You’ll make a meaningful impact by supporting drill planning, geological interpretation, and delivering high-quality exploration outcomes in a well-established mining environment.

Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles.

Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute RC and diamond drilling programs
  • Conduct geological logging, sampling, and QAQC processes
  • Interpret geological, structural, and assay data
  • Contribute to target generation and resource growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with mining and technical services teams
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective field activities

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Geology or related discipline
  • Experience in gold exploration or mine geology (open pit or UG)
  • Strong logging, sampling, and data interpretation skills
  • Exposure to drill program management is highly regarded
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
  • Current manual driver’s licence

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary + site allowance + bonus (paid quarterly)
  • Flexible roster (residential or FIFO options available)
  • Access to ongoing training, development, and internal mobility
  • A supportive team culture with a strong focus on safety
  • Opportunity to work across a well-funded exploration pipeline
