About the Role

We are seeking multiple Exploration Geologists to support surface RC and Diamond drilling programs as part of an initial 3-month campaign with extension and potential permanency.

Reporting to the Senior Resource Definition Geologist, you will play a key role in daily drilling operations, working on an 8/6 FIFO roster (12-hour shifts), with flexibility for 2/1 rosters.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of RC and Diamond drill rigs
• RC chip logging and Diamond core logging
• Mentoring and supporting graduate field geologists
• Ensuring rig safety and adherence to site standards
• Accurate daily reporting and clear communication with stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in surface drilling (RC required, Diamond highly regarded)
• Demonstrated experience with core logging and chip logging
• Strong understanding of near-mine exploration workflows, ideally within WA gold environments
• Ability to supervise drilling operations and mentor junior staff
• Manual driver’s licence (essential)
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Availability to start ASAP
