Experienced Underground Truck and Nipper Operators

About the role

As an Underground Truck Operator/Nipper, you’ll be a key player in our underground mining team, supporting both Development and Production cycles.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating underground dump trucks and heavy diesel equipment
• Supporting Jumbo Operators with ground support installation
• General mine services and housekeeping
• Identifying and managing safety hazards

You’ll report to the Mining Shift Supervisor and work closely with a range of stakeholders including Foremen, Superintendents, Technical Services, and Maintenance teams.

About you

You’re not just experienced—you’re safety-conscious, mechanically minded, and ready to make a difference underground.

What you’ll bring:

• A valid manual Driver’s Licence
• Minimum 6 months of underground mining experience
• Current RPL for Trucks or Nippering
• Strong knowledge of underground truck operations
• Solid understanding of safe work procedures
• Good communication and observation skills
• Familiarity with JSA and Take 5 systems

This roster is 7:7 and a 12 hour day. Residential Kalgoorlie
