Experienced Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for an experienced blue collar Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Perth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established desk while helping some of WA's leading mining, civil, construction, infrastructure, and industrial clients secure high-quality talent.

You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of blue-collar roles, including:

• Mobile Plant Operators (Loaders, Graders, Dozers, Excavators, Rollers etc)
• Civil Construction Personnel (Labourers, Concreters, Drainers etc)
• Trades & Trade Assistants (Electricians, BMW, Riggers, Drillers etc)
• Fixed Plant Maintenance Personnel (HD Fitters, Mechanical Fitters etc)
• Workshop & Shutdown Workforce (Storeperson, Service Techs etc)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across WA
• Source, screen and interview high-quality candidates
• Coordinate mobilisation, onboarding and compliance requirements
• Manage talent pools and workforce pipelines
• Conduct reference checks and candidate assessments
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM and recruitment systems

**About You:**We're looking for someone who genuinely loves recruitment and gets excited by the challenge of finding great people for great opportunities.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in agency recruitment or labour hire, with a passion for the blue-collar market.
• Proven success recruiting across mining, civil, construction, industrial, trades, operators, or maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of the WA workforce landscape and an understanding of where to find top talent.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and client relationships while maintaining a high level of service.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting capabilities. Previous experience with JobAdder a bonus!
• A proactive, commercially minded attitude and a genuine desire to grow your desk and your career.
