Experienced Operators

Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experienced Production Operators to join our team at a well-established mine, located approximately one hour west of Mackay.

About the Role

Working within a high-performing production team, you will be responsible for safely operating large-scale mobile mining equipment while contributing to the efficient production of coal in a busy open-cut mining environment.

Roster: 7/7 rotating roster (Days & Nights)
Shift Length: 12.5-hour shifts
Location: Approximately 1 hour west of Mackay
Transport: DIDO or BIBO from Mackay available
Accommodation: Camp accommodation and meals provided
Equipment Experience - We are seeking operators with demonstrated experience operating one or more of the following:

• Haul Trucks (CAT 793/797, Komatsu 830E or equivalent)
• Excavators
• Dozers
• Graders
• Loaders

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Previous production mining experience within an open-cut coal mine
• Current Standard 11
• Current Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
• Current Driver's Licence
• SSE signed skills list or training transcript demonstrating competency on relevant equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced mining environment
