Experienced Multi Skilled Open Cut Mining Operators

Programmed is currently seeking experienced Open Cut Multi-Skilled Operators for exciting opportunities at Whitehaven Coal's new Vickery Coal Mine in the Gunnedah region. Whitehaven Coal is a long-standing client of ours and a leading name in the mining industry.

• Family-friendly roster: 7 days on / 7 days off
• $69.09/hour flat rate for all rostered hours plus Vickery EA monthly bonus
• Camp accommodation and meals provided for 12 months

About your new role:

• Operation of mining equipment - haul trucks, loaders, dozers, graders and excavators

To be considered for these positions you must have:

• Commitment: Demonstrate unwavering dedication to fulfilling your rostered shift requirements
• Safety Focus: Prioritize safety by adhering to established safe working practices at all times
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with your team, bringing a positive and can-do attitude to every task
• Driver's License: Hold a current drivers licence
• Residential Address: Have a local residential address to facilitate work arrangements and commute
• Referee Validation: Provide 2 work-related referees in supervisory roles to vouch for your skills and attributes
• Pre-Employment Checks: Successfully pass a pre-employment NSW Order 43 medical examination, drug & alcohol test, and criminal history check
• Interview Availability: Attend interviews at our Gunnedah office as required during the recruitment process
• Documentation: Be prepared to provide your machine competencies
