About Our Client
Our client is a leading civil and mining contractor delivering large-scale earthworks and infrastructure projects across Australia. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality, they are seeking experienced Excavator, Grader, and Dozer Operators to join their high-performing team.
What you will be doing
- Operating Excavators, Graders, and Dozers on site
- Performing bulk earthworks, final trim, and general civil works
- Working across large-scale projects in a production environment
- Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance of equipment
- Following site safety procedures and contributing to a safe work environment
- Working to production targets and project timelines
What you will need
- Proven experience operating Excavators, Graders, or Dozers
- Relevant RII tickets and VOCs (or ability to obtain)
- Strong understanding of civil or mining environments
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts across day and night rotations
- Commitment to safety and following site procedures
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
