About Our Client

Our client is a leading civil and mining contractor delivering large-scale earthworks and infrastructure projects across Australia. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality, they are seeking experienced Excavator, Grader, and Dozer Operators to join their high-performing team.

What you will be doing

• Operating Excavators, Graders, and Dozers on site
• Performing bulk earthworks, final trim, and general civil works
• Working across large-scale projects in a production environment
• Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance of equipment
• Following site safety procedures and contributing to a safe work environment
• Working to production targets and project timelines

What you will need

• Proven experience operating Excavators, Graders, or Dozers
• Relevant RII tickets and VOCs (or ability to obtain)
• Strong understanding of civil or mining environments
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts across day and night rotations
• Commitment to safety and following site procedures
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
