Join a global mining contractor operating one of Australia's largest and most significant open-cut bauxite mining operations in Far North Queensland. This long-life operation supports a major export project and features large-scale civil, mining and infrastructure works across an expansive site. With ongoing development and earthworks programs, this project offers stable employment, modern equipment and the opportunity to work on some of the largest bulk earthworks packages in the region.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Excavator/Dozer Operators to join a high-performing production team on a major bulk earthworks and mining development project.

• Working on a 2/1 FIFO roster, day shift only, you will be involved in a variety of large-scale earthmoving activities, including haul road construction, drainage works, land development, topsoil management, rehabilitation and other critical mining infrastructure projects.
• You'll be operating modern fleet equipment in a safety-focused environment alongside an experienced workforce.
• Flights, meals and accommodation are provided from Townsville, Cairns or Brisbane.

What you'll need to succeed

• Both RII Excavator and Dozer tickets
• Demonstrated experience operating on large-scale subdivision, civil construction, bulk earthworks or mining projects
• Proven experience working on projects such as haul road construction, tailings facilities, mine infrastructure, site development or major earthwork projects
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Current Open Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check
