About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join a well-established civil construction team working across projects throughout the Adelaide Metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused operator looking for ongoing work with competitive pay and the chance to work across a variety of civil projects. The successful candidate will have experience operating both 5T and 20T excavators and be confident working in fast-paced civil construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating 5T and 20T excavators on civil construction projects.
• Performing excavation, trenching, bulk earthworks and final trim where required.
• Working around underground services and within live construction environments.
• Conducting daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Assisting with general civil labouring duties when required.
• Working collaboratively with site supervisors and ground crews to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

About You / Requirements

• Previous experience operating 5T and 20T excavators.
• Current Industry White Card.
• Current Excavator (LE) Licence/Ticket.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Highly Regarded

• Multi-skilled plant operating experience.
• HR/HC Truck Licence.
• Grader operating experience.
• Skid Steer ticket and operating experience.
