Techforce Personnel is on the lookout for next-level Production Excavator Operators ready to dominate the WA mining game. If you’ve got the skill, attitude, and drive to move mountains — literally — this is your shot.
This isn’t your average dig.

The Role:
- FIFO from Perth | 2:1 Roster
- Earn up to $75/hour | Paid weekly
- Long-term, ongoing opportunities
- Gold Production Projects
- Operate HITACHI 1200, 2600, 3600 & Komatsu PC1250 / PC2000, CAT 6020, CAT 6040
What You Bring:
- At least 12 months’ production experience on large diggers
- Clean & Recent police clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass full pre-employment medical & D&A
- A reputation for reliability, grit, and top-tier work ethic
- Ambition to upskill and multi-ticket — we’ll help you get there
