About Our Client

BMAs Peak Downs Mine is one of the Bowen Basins leading open-cut coal operations, recognised for its high production standards, strong safety culture and world-class equipment fleet. This opportunity offers experienced operators the chance to work on a premium prestrip contract with excellent pay and long-term potential.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be operating a range of large-scale production equipment in a prestrip environment, including:

• Excavators - Hitachi 5600/9800
• Dozer: CAT D11
• Wheel Loader: WA1200 or CAT 994 and;
• Haul Trucks: CAT 793

Additional responsibilities include:

• Conducting pre-start inspections and maintaining equipment care
• Operating safely and efficiently to achieve production targets
• Following all site safety systems and procedures

What You Will Need

• Proven experience operating large loading units and prestrip equipment
• Demonstrated experience on excavators, dozers, wheel loaders and haul trucks listed above
• Current Standard 11
• Current Coal Board Medical
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Strong commitment to safety and reliable attendance
