ERP Systems Analyst

Your new company

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Systems Analyst to join the IT team on an initial 3‑month contract.

Your new role

You will support business users, technical teams, and external vendors to maintain and enhance core applications. Experience with Pronto Xi ERP is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support — Provide first and second‑level support across business applications and ERP systems.
• Process Analysis — Assist in analysing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Requirements Gathering — Document and validate business and functional requirements.
• Support configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of business systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with vendors or internal teams.
• Maintain documentation, process maps, user guides, and knowledge articles.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience or foundational knowledge of Pronto Xi ERP.
• Experience supporting ERP or business management systems.
• Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or data import/export processes.
• Understanding of business process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience using service desk or ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
