We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our talent community.

Work Location: Opportunities are FIFO from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing or Kununurra to our Pilbara WA mine sites.

Rosters available: Our rosters range from 7D7N14R or 7D7N7R depending on site and department.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of large scale, heavy mobile mining equipment in accordance with OEM specifications and Fortescue’s procedures.
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and effective information is entered into SAP.
• Identify maintenance consumables and supplies needed.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Attend toolbox & safety meetings to ensure safe work compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.
• Experience working on large scale Mobile Mining Equipment.
• High level of safety awareness.
• Experience with OEM diagnostic tooling.
• Experience using Microsoft programs and SAP.
• Current C Class Drivers Licence.
