This full time permanent opportunity will be based out of Brisbane’s CBD with your first assignment to support a major greenfield rail project in South East Queensland. This next stage of work involves delivering new dual-track rail, tunnels, stations and stabling infrastructure, a largescale expansion that will help shape the region’s long-term transport network.

About the role
As BIM Manager, you’ll lead digital engineering across the project, ensuring models, data and workflows are aligned and fit for purpose. You’ll set up and manage BIM processes, coordinate models across disciplines, and drive quality, consistency and clash-free delivery, supporting both design and construction from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Lead BIM and digital engineering delivery across the project.
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans and digital standards.
- Coordinate multi-discipline models, ensuring integration and clash resolution.
- Oversee 3D modelling outputs, data consistency and quality assurance.
- Work with engineers and project teams to align digital deliverables with project requirements and support continuous improvement in BIM capability.

About you
- Experience in a BIM Manager or senior digital engineering role on major rail projects.
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards (eg ISO19650) and digital delivery.
- Experience coordinating multi-discipline models in complex environments.
- Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and Revizto.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across engineering, design and delivery teams.
